Noah vs.Angel....

I thought that it was about time I gave you an update on our little 'catfish' Noah... Lately, the supposedly placid breed of fish known as the guarami (in this case, a slightly grubby character mistakenly named "Angel") has been attacking poor Noah at every given opportunity. She tries to nibble his head an pokes him with her long tentacles.

As much as Angel is no angel, Noah is also certainly not building a boat... He IS a boat. Not exactly the tiddly fella that he was when we bought him anyhow... Every so often, Noah gets slightly agitated by Angel's tartish behaviour and swishes his tail in an irritated fashion. This causes a reasonably sized tsunami in the tank, sending the little tetras and a pile of attractive fish poo flying. We don't quite know what to do about Angel, she is too big to sit in a 'naughty corner net' for a while and we also kinda like her, so are in no great rush to hurry her back to the pet shop in a sandwich bag. Any ideas for fishcipline??

Poor Noah is looking a little bit grumpy at all this and I fear that he may lose his 'Bruce the shark fish are friends not food' vegetarian tendancies in a fit of rage. He'd only have to yawn a little to enthusiastically to swallow half the fish tank, so I am not quite sure what to do. The beast lives on...
