Clockwork bins at the Rising Sun

Today we went for lunch with JT's Dad, Simon (big/little bro-in-law), Simon's girlfriend Sam and her parents. We had a lovely meal and then went for a nice walk on the hill. I noticed these clockwork bins on the way in to the Rising Sun car park... Curious!!
