Menu disappointment...

Following George's latest funny menu findings, I enthusiastically scanned my parents' Chinese takeaway menu (they ordered one tonight - I only had a tiny bit for obvious reasons!) but sadly it was all in order... I was however a little confused to find a dish on the "Appetizers" menu called "YUK SUNG"....?!? Didn't sound very appetising...
