Controversial graffiti...

Please don't be offended by this post (would love to know what you think though - do leave a comment... Actually, I just like getting comments so please, just leave a comment!) I am genuinely fascinated by graffiti, as some of it is incredible. Other bits like this are just very political/controversial/wry... Still, it is interesting to note where graffiti is placed (I think I will start posting more), the voice that is trying to be heard and what this says about the views of the general public. I would imagine that graffiti is on the increase now that Monster paints are being sold in WMK (Pete's shop). This piece is a little unfortunately placed, on the Trinity House side of Blossom Fusion. It has been signed by the artist in a typical incognito signature format.

You will find with real graffiti artists that 50% of the artwork at least is perfected in the location of the tag/stencil/art piece. If you look in unexpected places in cheltenham (up high, down low, in small spaces) then you will be surprised and your brain might even giggle at what you see.

At first glance you'd think the artist wanted Bush & Blair dead! (I hope not & I'd like to think the piece is a little more intelligent than that!) I wonder if it's a subtle way of saying they have more in common with Mr Hussein than first meets the eye!
