BAKING!!!

There are some nice smells (for once) emerging from the kitchen... Yes, Amy and I have just spent most of the day baking!! After two trips to Sainsbury's (serious overkill!) we successfully constructed one banana cake (now 1/2 a banana cake...Oops!) and some hot cross mountains or "loaves" as JT delicately put it! They were supposed to be buns, but unfortunately we were a little ambitious with the size of them... But still, CHECK THEM OUT! Very excited as never made them before (Amy is the expert!)
